Teoni (b. 2000, London) is a London-based fine artist. She holds a Fine Art BA Hons from Middlesex University. Known for her bold figurative portraits, Teoni explores the vulnerability and strength of human nature through oil paints and pastels. Her work often captures intimate moments, evoking joy, freedom, and confidence, while searching for authenticity in her subjects. Her distinctive style combines dynamic brushstrokes with a carefully considered color palette, bringing warmth and intensity to her portraits.
Having exhibited across Britain and Europe, Teoni's art has been showcased at prestigious venues such as Tate Modern and Somerset House in London, as well as Galerie Les filles du calvaire in Paris. Her recent recognition in the Dazed100 (2025) list, alongside her appearance on Sky TV's Portrait Artist of The Year (2023), underscores her position as an emerging talent in the global art scene.
In addition to her exhibitions, Teoni has sold works to high-profile figures such as Afrobeats sensation Wizkid, rapper Little Simz, and fashion designers Clint419 (Corteiz) and Hussein Suleiman (Daily Paper). Her public art projects include a major outdoor installation commissioned by Doc Martens and several street art interventions across East London. Since summer 2023, she has also hosted weekly Art Club sessions at BeauBeau's in central London, cultivating a creative community.
